Nancy Meyers Weekend: Pottery Painting Workshops

Channel your inner Diane Keaton and spend the weekend painting pottery in a setting straight out of a Nancy Meyers movie! Paint your own mug, trinket dish, or bud vase — perfect for your cottagecore dreams.
Sip on tea, wine, and sparkling lemonade while we screen your favorite Nancy Meyers films throughout the workshops. Workshops will be located in the studio space above Whilom Goods, participants must be able to climb stairs to access the space
In this 2 hour workshop I’ll teach you how to paint your own ceramic bud vase, mug, or trinket dish using a variety of underglazes!
You’ll have the option to choose your favorite style. Pieces are hand thrown by Whilom owner, Whitney, and will already be bisque fired and ready to paint.
We provide everything you’ll need to paint your ceramic piece. After the workshop, we will apply a clear glaze to your piece and then fire in the kiln. Vases will be ready for pick-up at the Whilom storefront in 2-3 weeks.
Attendees must be 18+ to attend. There will be drinks (some alcoholic and non) provided during the workshop; however feel free to bring your favorite snack or beverage!
This workshop will be laid-back and all skill levels are welcome. Come solo, bring your pals, partners, family, etc!
